BEGINNERS YOGA WORKSHOP

Curious about yoga but unsure where to start? This workshop is designed just for you.

Join us for a welcoming, small-group experience (limited to 20 participants) where we’ll break down the basics of yoga in a way that’s easy to understand, empowering, and judgment-free. You’ll learn common poses, how to modify for your body, breathing techniques, and how yoga can support you in everyday life—on and off the mat.

No experience? No problem. We’ll move slowly, ask questions, and laugh along the way. You'll also receive a printed guide to take home so you can feel confident returning to class or practicing on your own.
