This fiery sequence will strengthen your legs and glutes while working balance skills. Glute Power Flow is a VINYASA style class, which means each pose will only be held for a breath or two and then will immediately transition to the next pose. Some poses or sequence of poses will be repeated. It's a leg day flow with mindfulness sprinkled in!
A sequence designed for loosening and strengthening the hips. This HATHA style class is designed for each pose to be held for 3-5 breaths or more with counterpose transitions between poses. Unlike a vinyasa style class, the pace is slower and there are less poses. Enjoy happy hips for the rest of the week after this relaxing flow!
Expand your breath and strengthen your chest with this heart opener vinyasa flow. We spend so much of our day rounding our chest inwards holding our phones, driving, and typing on computers... this flow will counter all those movements to broaden our chest, loosen our shoulders, and strengthen the upper body.
This sequence will be focused on poses that allow the spine to twist and turn to strengthen the back body and give our insides a nice massage.
An end-of-the-week sequence to wring out all the tension of the work week. Weekend Warrior is a class focusing on the Warrior poses and different variations to build stamina in this pose. The class will be hatha style, which means we will hold poses for 3-5 breaths or more with cool down and counterposes in between before setting up for the next pose.
Combining dynamic, active poses with slow, passive stretches to find balance in both movement and stillness is the goal of this sequence.

This vinyasa class will be a mix of slow and quick poses to build the body's power and stamina. It will be a whole body workout to build strength, and then cascade to a relaxing cool down for full body relaxation.

The Restore and Renew Yin class offers a gentle yet profound practice focused on deep stretching and long-held poses, encouraging relaxation and release of tension both physically and mentally. Through mindful breathwork and surrendering into each posture, practitioners cultivate a sense of inner peace and harmony, leaving feeling rejuvenated and grounded.
A slow moving hatha class that challenges balance in the body and the mind. This class will focus on holding balance postures utilizing the different muscle groups in the body.
The shoulder is a dynamic part of the body and this class will be equally dynamic to target shoulder strength and mobility to work out kinks and tension, while mobilizing the area.
This class focuses on strengthening and bringing awareness to the core muscles including the abdominals, obliques, and lower back. Poses like Plank, Boat Pose, and Side Plank are incorporated with smooth transitions to build stability and power in the core.

The Centered Body Program
A 12-week small group journey to rebuild strength, restore balance, and return to your center.
Each 75-minute class blends intentional strength work with the fluidity of yoga, using weighted tools like the staff, club, or mace to support and challenge your body through the foundational movement patterns—squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry.
