EMBRACE: A Yoga + Massage Workshop

A Yoga and Massage Melody ~

Sink into deep relaxation with Embrace, a 90-minute restorative and yin yoga experience enhanced with hands-on massage and physical assists. As you settle into long-held poses, you’ll receive gentle, intentional support—such as light massage, assisted stretching, and soothing pressure—to help release tension, increase mobility, and deepen your relaxation. This workshop is designed to help you unwind fully—allowing both body and mind to soften, receive, and restore. Perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, or simply indulge in a moment of stillness and care. No yoga experience is needed—just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and an openness to rest.

The Still Room

A yin class rooted in stillness...while yin is a very still practice, we will use the stillness as the anchor point for the whole class. This will feature fewer poses than our typical yin class (only 5-6 each) that will be held for longer. The goal is to find peace from outer to inner self, restoring balance, quieting the mental noise, and finding deep inner calm.

Chair Yoga: A Supportive Off-the-Ground Practice

Designed for those who spend long hours sitting at a desk, have long commutes, and who want an off-the-ground yoga practice, Chair Yoga helps undo everyday stiffness and tension. The movements will be gentle and supportive. We will be doing both sitting and standing yoga poses, making this class approachable for all abilities. Expect light stretching, simple breathing, and a chance to move in a nourishing way.
