
Chair Yoga: A Supportive Off-the-Ground Practice
Designed for those who spend long hours sitting at a desk, have long commutes, and who want an off-the-ground yoga practice, Chair Yoga helps undo everyday stiffness and tension. The movements will be gentle and supportive. We will be doing both sitting and standing yoga poses, making this class approachable for all abilities. Expect light stretching, simple breathing, and a chance to move in a nourishing way.
