Glute Power Flow (vinyasa)

This fiery sequence will strengthen your legs and glutes while working balance skills. Glute Power Flow is a VINYASA style class, which means each pose will only be held for a breath or two and then will immediately transition to the next pose. Some poses or sequence of poses will be repeated. It's a leg day flow with mindfulness sprinkled in!
