❤️This trauma-informed, gentle-flow class is designed specifically for veterans seeking a safe space to reconnect with body and breath. With soft lighting, calming music, and a supportive atmosphere, each session offers the chance to rest, rebuild, and reset—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
💙We honor the unique journey of every participant with plenty of modifications and the freedom to move at your own pace. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll find space here for strength, stillness, and shared community.
