The Centered Body Program
A 12-week small group journey to rebuild strength, restore balance, and return to your center.
Each 75-minute class blends intentional strength work with the fluidity of yoga, using weighted tools like the staff, club, or mace to support and challenge your body through the foundational movement patterns—squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry.

The rhythm of our time together shifts with the season, moving from themes such as Rooted & Ready, into Strong & Steady, then Fluid & Focused, and finally Integrated & Intentional. You’ll leave each class feeling more embodied, more capable, and more at home in yourself.
This is not a drop-in class—it’s a commitment to yourself and to a small, dedicated cohort. Together, we’ll support one another through the arc of the program, each person working toward their own goals, in their own way.
Each registration spot includes the following:
