The Still Room

A yin class rooted in stillness...while yin is a very still practice, we will use the stillness as the anchor point for the whole class. This will feature fewer poses than our typical yin class (only 5-6 each) that will be held for longer. The goal is to find peace from outer to inner self, restoring balance, quieting the mental noise, and finding deep inner calm.

Breath work, essential oils, props, and soft nature sounds set the environment for a nervous system reset. Find peace and grounding in The Still Room ✨
