Happy Hips (hatha)

A sequence designed for loosening and strengthening the hips. This HATHA style class is designed for each pose to be held for 3-5 breaths or more with counterpose transitions between poses. Unlike a vinyasa style class, the pace is slower and there are less poses. Enjoy happy hips for the rest of the week after this relaxing flow!
